A Point of Sale is more than swipe your card to enjoy our cupcakes. It should create quotes, keep track of related files, link to appointments, show customer profiles, submit orders, create shipments, send update emails like receipts and tracking, and of course take payments. Quartzen makes taking payments easy, even if you are splitting payments, using multiple payment methods, or making a partial payment. And once you have finished taking a payment, Quartzen walks you through dispensing the product, emailing a receipt and requesting a review.
